• Quincy Burt

    Director of Development

Quincy Burt joined the FCHC team in February of 2024. Quincy has been in and around ministry since being born again at the age of five. Quincy is a Galilean Christian Academy graduate with a bachelor's degree in Media Communications from Asbury University. His first calling to use his God-given voice was performing the Carman hit "God in America Again" with the Galilean Children's Home choir. At age 17, Quincy became a voice in Christian radio, followed by a sports broadcasting and journalism career. He went on to work in Public Relations and as Development Director for Galilean Home Ministries for seven years. God has used Quincy's experience in media, coaching sports, and his exprience in development to allow him to cultivate relationships to further His Kingdom. Quincy loves competitive sports and has a particular (some would say, questionable) affinity for the University of Kentucky Wildcats. Quincy is husband to the lovely Rachel, and together they are parents to three wonderful children.

    Food Services Manager

Charity Humbles moved to New Mexico from North Carolina in 2020 to join the staff of Four Corners Home for Children as the house parent in the House of Hope. Since she has been here, she has assisted in several areas and is currently the Home Administrator for Four Corners Families. She is excited to have the opportunity to help develop this new program. Charity takes great pride in being the best aunt and great aunt to her nieces and nephew! Charity loves ministering at church, spending time with friends, playing and teaching the piano, and of course, chocolate and southern sweet tea!

  • Hope Humbles

Hope Humbles moved from eastern North Carolina to work at Four Corners Home for Children in 2000. Hope enjoys playing board games with her daughter, reading historical fictions and biographies, as well as scrapbooking and visiting museums.

  • Carol Kittle

    Executive Assistant

Carol Kittle came to Four Corners Home for Children with her husband, Roger, in 2015, from Rossville, Georgia. Carol also volunteers in the childcare program, filling in wherever needed. Carol and Roger have two children and seven grandsons. Carol loves quilting and painting rocks and is famous for her southern sweet tea (and southern accent!)

  • Charles Kittle

    Head of Administration & Security

After 29 years in the Navy, Charles Kittle continues his life of service here at Four Corners. This devoted father from Fort Oglethorpe, GA, began work here as our lead teacher at the Academy for Excellence in August 2023. He is now rocking it as our Head of Administration & Security, which is no small task. Adding Charles and his son, Levi, to the mix, our cup runneth over with Kittles.

  • Roger Kittle

    Campus Chaplain

Roger Kittle came to Four Corners Home for Children with his wife, Carol, in 2015 from Rossville, Georgia, where he had pastored the same church for 19 years. Roger helps with campus building projects and fills in for house parents when needed. Roger and Carol have two children, and seven grandsons. When Roger is not working, you can find him leading discipleship small groups.

  • Chris Self

    Maintenance

Farmington born and raised, Chris Self became part of our FCHC family in February of 2024. Chis grew up in a Christian home, but attributes answering the call to pursue full-time ministry to a mentor during time spent in Midland, Texas. He loves his local church and it was his Pastor at Day3 Church that pointed him in the direction of Four Corners Home for Children. Chris said, “From the moment I walked in the door, it felt like home.” With a background in engineering, sales, and even running his own business - Chris brings to our 16-acre campus at Four Corners the Jack-of-all-trades experience that a good maintenance man needs. He has a heart for serving people and his three beautiful children are the center of his world. His servant heart is a major asset to our family.

  • Annette Reich

    President

Annette Reich moved to New Mexico from Kentucky in 1999 to join Four Corners Home for Children as a house parent in the House of Faith. She then served in marketing, and as on-air talent for Vertical Radio, before taking the role of Director of Children & Family Services. In 2019, the Four Corners Home for Children Board of Directors elected her President of Four Corners Home for Children. Annette is an avid sports fan and is devoted to the Duke Blue Devils basketball team, making it slightly uncomfortable for her to work with staff members who have questionable loyalties to the Kentucky Wildcats. Annette is married to Pastor Chuck Reich, and together they have seven children and ten perfect grandchildren.

  • Chuck Reich

    Navajo Nation Outreach Coordinator

Chuck Reich moved to New Mexico from Florida in 2019 to join his wife, Annette, in ministry at Four Corners Home for Children. Chuck is an evangelist and ordained pastor, currently pastoring at Fruitland Christian Fellowship. Chuck leads Celebrate Recovery classes on at FCHC’s House of Mercy on Tuesday nights, and ministers to the Navajo people in their communities Chuck also produces and hosts Answering the Call television series, seen on Overcomers TV.Live. Chuck has a real heart for evangelism/discipleship and has a passion for teaching the Bible. Together, Chuck and Annette have seven children and ten perfect grandchildren. In Chuck’s spare time, he enjoys… oh, wait, he doesn’t have any spare time!

  • Tesla Sleepy

    Childcare Assistant

Farmington-raised Tesla Sleepy loves the environment of working with other believers. After providentially meeting some of the staff while serving them at another job, Tesla felt led to join our team. She wanted to be in a place where she could be used to help bring healing to others. In November of 2022, she stepped into the dynamic position she now fills with the same alacrity she puts into her love of painting and of the outdoors.
